Hi, I got connected to Vodafone Pro Broadband 5 days ago. Had several issues so far, some resolved but still having difficulty connecting to smart bulbs/sockets and my printer.
I believe that the bulbs and sockets are the 2.4ghz issue but I have tried everything I can find online with no success.
The printer seems to be a MAC address filtering issue (tried connecting by WPS and by manually searching/adding password). I think I need to add the printer’s MAC address to the list of permitted devices but can’t see where I can do this.
Any advice would be really appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Are you on Pro II as I don't think Pro is available to new starters. anymore ( in other words, do you have the new Ultra router or the THG3000?)
MAC filtering won't be on by default, so I don't think that can be the problem.
Could the printer also be 2.4Ghz only? Although I would still expect WPS to work.

Sorry, yes, Pro II. Must admit, didn’t realise there were 2 versions.

There aren't, any more.

It starts to pair but then fails each time so at least it’s trying to communicate with the router.

How can you switch Mac filtering on? Have the new ultra
hub and it’s been a PITA.
