Dont have any bill statements or account setup

Since I joined i have not received any bills to my house or login details for my account.

Hey @CrimsonDuke 👋 Welcome aboard! 

All our accounts are managed online, which means you won't ever get a bill through the post. You'll need to register for a My Vodafone account online and then you can download the My Vodafone app. 

You'll then be able to view all your bills and manage your account 🙂

It says I have already registered for an account. I can't remember my password so when I go to forgotten password I put my email in and it says it's not recognised.

I would call them if I was you. Get 1 - 2 hours dedicated to it as the waiting times have been long ......

Hopefully your landline/home phone number would be OK for them to find your details on their system :Winking_smiley:
