I’ve recently switched broadband from BT and kept my email address. What settings do I need to change to receive emails through the mail app ??

You may have to pay a nominal fee to Bt to retain your btinternet.com email address.

This was in the terms the last time I looked.as I use Bt Home Broadband.

Normally a person just adds their preferred email address into the app along with their password.
