Hi there,
Wondering if anyone can help with this.
Last October I was checking what upgrade packages were available to me and I was able to get the full range of full fibre up to the 910mbps package but decided against it at the time.
I have now just gone to check what was still available to me and finally upgrade but it appears now I am only able to get up to 200mbps as the maximum when I was looking to order the 500 package.

Great numbers there! One day I’d like to experience the same.
but yet another 1.5 hrs on chat to them today and I’m really no further forward in getting it resolved. 14 day get out is from order date. How I was able to decide I didn’t want it before I even had the equipment or connection I’ll never know. Laughable. If they cannot give me even the slightest hope that I can take the 200 and get 500 later then I’m going to have to leave and try my luck with someone else more expensive, infuriating but not much else.
I’m glad your experience with them is still as good as mine used to be. Thanks for your insights.
