Hi
Do Vodafone still provide Static IP addresses on Home Broadband (FTTC) services? I was initially told yes, but then when I asked for confirmation just before hitting go on the service I was told they're not available.
I had Vodafone home broadband up until last year with a Static IP, so it definitely used to be the case, but I appreciate things change.

Well, it’s confirmed to be true.

Seems static IP are still available if you get the right person.

Interesting, thanks Archie,
I'll try support again and see what answer I get this time. It would be good if we could a definitive answer on this. I need to push the button on my move at the end of this week, but a static IP is essential.

Just to draw this thread to a conclusion, my Vodafone line is now active and my Static IP was applied last night.
The final word from Vodafone support was that they still provide Static IPs, HOWEVER it may not be available to all customers (presumably based on who supplies the infrastructure in your area). So the recommendation is, if a static IP is important to you, get them to confirm beforehand that it will definitely be available on your connection.

IPs are assigned by the gateway, which is controlled by vodafone - totally independent of the carriers. Someone is telling you porkies.
Still, glad you're sorted 👍
