We have been with Vodafone broadband since August 2023, we have been having major WiFi problems.
In October we were without WiFi for 16 days after which a Openreach engineer resited the fibre cable and modem.
This has had a slight improvement but unless we are very close (2-3mtrs) from the router it keeps dropping WiFi.
I have used CHAT and 191 technical helpers (currently 10) everyone says the problem is sorted only hours later for the same problem with no WiFi again.
IS THERE ANYONE IN THE UK WHO CAN HELP SORT MY PROBLEM ?
If so how do I contact them ?

@Roy272 Use live chat or call 08080 034 515. https://www.vodafone.co.uk/bbservcd/
If you have problems with the link use a private browser session, for some reason that can help.
Also, you can actually be too close to the router, have a try further away.

Thanks for that
I have been using the CHAT but it hasn't been helpful
I will try the 080 number tomorrow

@Roy272 oh one other thing, the protocol on fora like this is not to write in caps as it's taken to be shouting.

Didn't know that but in this instance I either wan't to pull my hair out or shout at someone, this problem has been on going for almost 50 days.
But I will stick to the protocol now I know

@Roy272 There's another possible solution that's not quite understood, but worth a try. Go to the network settings and if any references to IP6 are "on" turn them "off". VF doesn't provide an IP6 service so you will not be losing anything. It seems that the setting is mucking up things, this is assuming that you are on the VF supplied THG3000 router.
