I have gone through Tobi, many times!
I have spoke to people on the phone...many times!
Every one promised they have sorted the problem and I will have a voucher on the way, even been promised the next day! But, guess what...nothing!
I have checked with Vodaphone they have the right address, I am entitled to the promotion, it is not in my spam folder.
I have been chasing this since January.
Any advice?
