I’m in the process of moving home, not looking to move my existing package but take out an additional one. The property I’m moving to has the landline number registered to the wrong address preventing me from making a purchase online. Does anyone know how to get this changed? Gone round in circles with the openreach chat bot as it’s virtually impossible to talk to a human!
Any help welcome!

Will try once moved. I was trying to sort beforehand to save losing connectivity. Thanks

It won’t let me do that. We had to register the house as a new address as it shared with the neighbouring property which seems to have confused the systems!

No it insists on an address, the new address it says it can’t provide a connection to that address as it was registered to the wrong one
