Reward voucher and scammers

I purchased Vodafone Broadband with a £120 gift voucher. I bought an Amazon voucher through GiftCloud and found that someone had used my voucher the following day. GiftCloud sends you the voucher with no encryption or security. They send you a PDF attachment with the voucher number which anyone can see. I complained about it and asked them to investigate it. They were not helpful and told me that they are not responsible for stolen vouchers. GiftCloud has a lot of bad reviews and the worst is that they disguise themselves as Vodafone. Vodafone needs to STOP this! This is not fair.
