I ordered Broadband from Vodafone and should have received a free Ring Doorbell. I didn't receive the code as Vodafone made an error with my order, delaying the install by weeks. I got in touch a few weeks ago and was told the code would be sent to me within a few days. I didn't received it so was passed to the social team. They then sent me a code which didn't work, and 8 days later I've been told its been used and that's it, tough luck. Clearly theyve sent the code to more than 1 person. Really poor service and not what I expected from a company I've been a customer of for 12 years. I was going to be moving my partners phone to Vodafone but instead I'll be moving all our accounts elsewhere in future.
