Sony Bravia Core blocked by VF Router

My new Sony TV has a streaming service called Bravia Core.   When I attempt to login to this it is blocked by the router.   All other internet services on the TV (Netflix, Amazon, browser etc) all work fine.    The error log entry is below.

None of what you've posted should be interfering with your Bravia Core device(s).  There's an IPv6 multicast query, a call to a web-crawler (which is odd, but shouldn't cause the issue), and the router switching "logical users" (internal router OS action).  But nothing really out of the ordinary or unusual.

I think the first thing I'd do is probably see if changing the DNS servers to some combination of google (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4) and Cloudflare (1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1) on the router does anything.  Or if you want to keep the Vodafone DNS then check to see if any parental controls are in place!
