Switching to Vodafone

Hey, I am looking to switch my broadband from BT to Vodafone and I am wondering if I will have to contact BT and tell them that I am switching and provide all information, or will Vodafone take care of that for me?

Depends on which service you are on at the moment, if it's FTTC and you are going to FTTC on Vodafone then, yes Vodafone will do it all.

If you are currently on FTTP (Full Fibre) or moving to FTTP with Vodafone, the rules are not so clear cut.
