Turning off the light on Super WiFi Booster

Hi 

As per the title does anybody know if it's possible to turn off the notification light on the Super WiFi Booster? 

I know it can be turned off for the main router but I can't see a setting to do it on the Booster.

Hi @1rtomlinson, thanks for your post and good question! After having a look into this, we don't believe it's possible to turn the lights off on the Super WiFi Booster 🙂

No problem I didn't think it was possible but wondered whether there was a way around it. 

How would you go about requesting a feature?  Obviously you can turn off the lights on the main router and most other smart devices these days, particularly ones that might be kept in a sleeping area.

I completely agree @1rtomlinson, most of the smart home tech does have this feature and I understand your frustration if the booster is in a bedroom.

With the package that you're on, it would be best to contact the WiFi Xperts on 0333 304 0191, between 8am and 8pm (standard costs apply). To set expectations, the team might not be able to add this feature. However, if this is not possible, the team can certainly pass the recommendation on using their internal system and hopefully this will implement a change with the updates or newer models.
