I was connected on 14th November last year for my landline and broadband. When I placed the order, for some reason it did not go through, however, I did receive the account number and logging details via my e-mail. So I registered with the details and set up my account. When I realised that nothing was happening with that account I contacted Vodafone and was advised to place another order which I did. Since then every time I try to log on to my account it still brings up the old account. I have spoken to many agents since November last year and no one can sort my account, It is unbelievable. Every agent tells me that they have set up my account and I should log on in a few days time. I have been given at least 6 Usernames but none of them logs me in. I am so frustrated and feel I should never have gone with Vodafone as they do not care about the customers.

Hello there @khabrajas 👋 I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having trying to get this resolved.
It sounds like we need to remove your email details from the old account and delete the online account associated to it, so that you can register them to the new one.
