Unable to login after changing phone number

I am unable to login to 'my vodafone'  broadband online account as I had my mobile phone stolen and have now changed phone number. I type in my Username then the password but it then tries to send me a one time passcode to the phone but i no longer have that phone number. 

Any advice appreciated.

You can choose to have it sent to your landline number, and it should be read out to you by a BT service, if you are still on the PSTN.

Not sure what will happen if you are now on VoIP, but worth trying.

Otherwise I think you will need to contact Vodafone via phone or live chat.

Same thing with a voip line.

Hi @TommodoubleU. I'm very sorry to hear you have lost your number and had to get a new number instead. Please DM us on social media by following the steps here, so we can update your contact number on the account to the new number, this should allow you to receive the text to the new number.
