yes. i whated to down grade, i tried ringing, i spoke to many people and then got though to no one. i have been with Vodaphone broadband for 7 days i see this is free to leave but i also saw that you may need to pay for the above fees and i wanted to know how much this would be please

I doubt anyone on the forum could tell you that as it will be very individual to your circumstances. If you are in the "14 day cooling off" period any charges should be minimal, but you will need to return any Vodafone supplied equipment.

You say you want to down grade. What is the actual problem?

low boardband speed. i wanted to downgrade, but spend an hour on the phone being put on hold and transferred. then with no one at the end of the call. I wanted to say with Vodaphone as my mobile is with them. it seems to can upgrade and not downgrade
