router usb hdd access? how

how do i use the hdd pluged in to the usb.?

if i follow the guide when it says go to \\vodafone.station using a browser.

when i do it takes me to the router user page with the router settings

Yes, one is Type A USB 3 and the other Type C USB 3. The Type A is the one I am trying to connect the HDD to. The Type C is for connecting the 4G backup.
