Another day I paid 10 GPB to add to my balance. I received a SMS with this message "Contact Vodafone PIN UK and use the following PIN xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to add 10 GBP.". I sign up for vodafone website and I tried to add this balance using "Top up or choose a service -> Activate voucher -> Enter voucher name". But it always gives me an error: We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later: 490, RC4576".
Maybe this PIN I received is not the voucher.
How could I activate this balance?

Perhaps customer services on 191 or Live Chat can help you with this as they have account access.
Another option is the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Twitter DM or Facebook Messenger, Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
Sorry just to add sometimes clearing caches etc and trying again can help or leave things a short while and try again.
