Why is it so difficult to top up with Vodafone? Almost every time me, my wife or my children try to top up we run into various issues. The only reliable way to top-up is over a shop counter!
I just topped up my son's mobile and this happens:
Again the funds are held and we need to wait 7-10 days before released (if released). So no phone for him, thanks Vodafone!
Why doesn't someone fix this? It's been going on since we joined a year ago! Five different accounts and it happens on all of them. Ridiculous! Time to port away for sure.
