Tried the App but the Opt out but on my BVB on both desktop and app does literally nothing and might aswell be a PNG image, the 2345 number doesn’t seem to authenticate a BVB opt out - i can’t renew my previous or buy a new BVB despite sufficient funds as apparently this bundle is unrenewable and unremovable. Must be doing something wrong? Either that or Vodafone is straight up scamming me

I'd suggest to contact Vodafone Customer Support so they can check your account to clarify what's happening.
Unfortunately Account Access isn't available via the Vodafone Community Forum.

If you have a BVB and have sufficient credit @CJ311 , the bundle will automatically renew at the end of 30 days. Vodafone give a 7 day period to add credit for the bundle to automatically renew, after this time you are automatically opted out and charged to PAYG 1 rates..
