I make i payment through this page ,to top up my vodafone number ,they din't top up my number ,but they did take the money from my bank account ,with the name ,VODAFONE E COMMERCE DOMESTIC AT NEWBURY. this pag is scam?

I've seen before to where either a payment has glitched or not gone through properly.

It'll probably mean the funds have been gated off in your bank account awaiting for Vodafone to collect.

If this still hasn't gone through today as to where your top up is not shown on your Vodafone Payg Account then have a word with customer services on 191 or Live Chat or even the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM > Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries. 

Unfortunately there is no account access via this forum to check your Vodafone Account @jenniferh 

If Vodafone don't collect the payment and it's actually been gated off by your bank then it'll drop back into your available bank balance in a few days. 

Your Banks Customer Support Team can clarify for you.

You won't have anything to be concerned about @jenniferh , there can be a delay adding the credit.   If you have a BVB, Vodafone will take the credit to pay for the bundle and this will go on your account by midnight tonight.

 

Keep checking your Application, this will give details of added credit and active bundles.
