Hi, one of my Ukrainian guests inserted a Vodaphone SIM about 10 days ago. She is now receiving a recorded message saying you have used all of your credits. She only uses the phone for calls which I believed were limitless. Any reason why this might be?

Hi, correction to the above on talking to my guests through Google translate. They have never been able to make outgoing calls since the vodaphone SIM's were inserted (this is true for all 3 guests). They can receive incoming calls so we are sure the SIMS are inserted correctly. The only unusual step we made in inserting their SIMs was we transferred their old 3G numbers via PAC codes.
