Can't activate roaming when I'm already abroad

About a month ago I went to the UK and got my Vodafone SIM card which worked pretty well. However, after coming back to Kazakhstan I switched to the phone number I regularly use here and forgot about the Vodafone one up until recently, when I realized I had to access it, and since I didn't activate roaming for it in time, neither am I able to download the MyVodafone app, I'm struggling with doing it now. When I texted 49500, it turned out I had to top it up

Was it a Pay as you go service you were using? You would be able to use the number abroad but you'd have to top up and pay the roaming charges. You can search for the charges here

 

You may not be able to download the app as it's region locked. you can however login via our website and it provides the same service. You can login here

 

 

Unfortunately, I can't top my balance up, since in order to do this I need to either log in (which I can't do because I don't have the 16-digit confirmation ID) or call 2345 (which I can't do either, for roaming was not activated). On the other hand, to do that I need to have enough money on the balance I can't currently top up

You should always be able to call any Vodafone number free of charge we don't restrict these numbers. What confirmation ID are you referring to? It should be a username and your password, then you would be sent a security text.

 

You can top up through our website here However if your card isn't registered to a UK address sometimes there can be issues with payment. 

I was talking about a home broadband order number which I need to know in order to sign up. Anyways, thank you very much for the top up page, and if you know why, can you please tell me why does it return me to the same page when I click the card option?
