Can't receive OTC

I bought a Vodafone PAYG sim in Turkey to receive my Turkish bank's OTCs. That worked fine while I was in Turkey even without payg credit. Now I am in UK and cannot receive any OTC or SMS . What do I need to do?

You won't get any help from  the  UK network  you need to  ask Vodafone  Turkey.
