I am failing to make international calls on Samsung A22. I have extra 100 minutes which I bought this afternoon. What should I do?

I tried to call again this morning but it didn't go through. It just cuts the connection, not even ringing at all. A annoying though. 😒

Your problem here @LS-7881El is the extra minutes you have purchased for calling abroad from the UK won't kick in until midnight tonight and end 11.59 on day 30. Vodafone should sent a text to let you know the extras is activated on your account and you will be able to check the information from the My Vodafone App.

You can still call to countries abroad but will need extra credit and will be charged the full price, you can enter the country here Charge Checker

Hi @LS-7881El! If you haven't already, please restart your phone and this should kick start the connection for you. I would recommend also double checking that the country you're trying to call is included in our International Minutes here.

I was able to make international calls after getting help from customer care.
However, my call lasted for 11 minutes while I bought 50 extra minutes for international calls. I do not know if there is something that I am missing to understand how all this works.
