How to activate my replacement sim

I have a A21s which takes 2 sims, one is my pay monthly contract and the other is a pay as you go I use to text customers when there PC is ready. I received a replacement sim for the PAYG as it was one i cut down to fit (nano) but how do i activate it as it tells me to go to my account but i don't have one for the PAYG only my contract sim.

Vodafone why can't you make this easy!!

Hi @djbre58 

 

PAYG SIM's are already preactivated, but you would need to add credit to the SIM.  You can try texting to 17298, this should confirm activation.  Vodafone would have sent a multi SIM details on this video: Multi SIM 

 

If you are using a dual SIM phone, it also likely the phone is dafauting to the contract number.
