I was with Vodafone and used the online account.
I left Vodafone, but have now returned.
When i log in online it says my account is not active.
How do I get my account to be active again - I do have a working Vodafone sim.
TOBI is useless. There are no agents available.

When you left the network your original account would have been cancelled, you will now need to set up a new account. You can try setting the account up with the same log in information but may find the new account will need fresh information from the original.
