Having data download problems with PAYG so -
ordered a new bundle - lowest one
new Sim has arrived
want to keep current mob number
wary of changing over straightaway and losing Sim info and current mob number
oral comms are a problem ! Chat line on PC not functioning either - magic roundabout !
Can anyone help ?

Hi @LarryP
You are going to have a slight problem here, the bundle stays with the number it was opted into.
If you were having problems with the SIM you would have needed to have done a SIM swap and the SIM would have needed to be a plain blank numberless SIM, this would have enabled you to keep the same number. You can order a replacement SIM here: SIM swap

Problem now solved. Since posting I have had twop long chat sessions with Vodafone totalling about 6 hours ! Fisrt session timed out whilst I was registering so had to go for another one.
What a rigmarole ! Old number and associated credit now transferred to new Sim. Phew !
