I have a Sony Xperia 1 III handset that WIFI calling doesn't appear in settings menu, from previous posts: Solved: Sony Xperia 1 mk iii - Community home (vodafone.co.uk) I understood that I'll need to reach a vodafone agent to let them push a OTA configuration update to my phone.
I've being chatting with vodafone online support for 5 times but every time they just keep switching on and off WiFi Calling settiing from their side instead of do the proper update push.
How can I reach a Vodafone agent who knows how to do it properly? Are there any magic word to let them look for in their training materials?
