Mobile Hotspot data speed on pay as you go 1 plan

Are the download/upload speeds capped on pay as you go plans? I need to use a mobile hotspot and I need at least 4mbps download and 2mbps upload speed.

What is the download/upload speed for the pay as you go 1 plan?

There is no data speed cap  you will receive the maximum speed available for the location. 

When you enter the postcode on the  coverage checker you will be able to get an indication of the speed you can expect.
