I got a new phone and sim yesterday but when someone calls it says incorrect number or call failed and texts are not delivering to me. I have activated the sim, topped up and made a successful outbound call but nothing will come through to me, any ideas? Thanks

If this is a new SIM with a new number, it sounds like the incoming part of the service has not been activated or provisioned. The quickest way to get this solved is by contacting Vodafone using live chat or calling on 191. Alternatively, follow this link: Contact the Social Media Team for Account Specific Enquiries
