That won't be possible @robinpilsl being a UK network SIMs can only be sent to a UK address. The SIM would also need to connect to the UK network before being able to be used on Germany. You would also need a UK credit or debit card to add credit.
When you are visiting the UK there is a Vodafone store in every large town or shopping centre where you can easily pick up a SIM.
