Hi all, I have ordered and received a new pay as you go SIM card and have loaded this into an iPhone 7.
While I am able to send/receive text messages and make outgoing calls from the SIM card I am unable to receive incoming calls. Can anyone help?

Is this incoming calls from everyone i.e you haven't maybe accidentally added a number to the phone's call blocking list ?
As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and if possible another sim card in your phone ?
Also Try choosing another network in your phones settings then re choose Vodafone.
Please Check any relevant bars in your myvodafone app / myvodafone online.
And also the settings in your iPhone.
May I ask does this happen everywhere or in one place ?
If maybe that your Payg account hasn't been fully activated.
