Hello
I live in europe but have two Vodaphone sims which I have kept active up until approx Feb 2021. It now seems that they have both become quarantined. When I login to My Vodaphone it says it is sending a text to my phone to confirm but obviously I can't see those texts because the phone says 'NO SERVICE'.
Can someone please advise tthe best way to get these unquarantined?
Thank you

Hi @NigelCS
If the SIM's had been disconnected from the network, you would have been unable to log on. With you living in Europe, Vodafone may well have identified the numbers as permanent roaming, you are expected to return to the UK and use the SIM's on the local network.
Before disconnection Vodafone would have sent out two texts notifications to forewarn and ask you to make a top up of chargeable connection, this information is on the T & C's and under FAQ's on this link: Vodafone PAYG
Just in case this is a phone fault, you can try a different SIM in the phone but this may need to wait until you are back in the UK and possible new SIM's with new numbers.
There is nothing stopping you from speaking to the Social Team through Twitter or Facebook here: Contact Us they will have the necessary account access and be in a position to check the status of the SIM's.

Hi @NigelCS
If your number has been quarantined and disconnected from non usage then you would have had 90 days from the day of disconnection to have them re activated.
Your going to have to contact customer services to have this achieved.
Live Chat or calling Vodafone on +447836191191
I wish you all the best with this.
