Hi , I ordered a SIM on the 6th December but it’s not arrived . If I try to track it will only display if Royal Mail
has delivered .
I can’t get the enquiry form for the order to work with my order number and i don’t have an account yet as I need a sim to set one up !
How do I get this sorted ? or a refund ? As it’s taken far too long to arrive .

The issue is probably due to the time of year with postal services and the fact that Royal Mail has been striking making a massive backlog of mail yet still to be delivered.
Because of this current situation I'd recommend people to visit a Vodafone Store or any independent outlet that has Vodafone Payg sim cards available.
You could contact Vodafone Customer services on 191 , Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams to see if they can void the in-transit sim card and refund any top up you've made.
Unfortunately they wouldn't be able to hurry along something that's not in their control.

You should have received a email confirmation of the order @andyduk .
When you send the Social Team a message through Twitter or Facebook social media include as much information as possible, include your full name and the order number, if you set up an account ready for use when placing the order the Team should also be able to locate the order using your email address and postcode.
You may find the SIM turns up and is simply delayed with the Royal Mail backlog.
