I notice you used the € sign. Is this a miss key and should be £ ?
If not I assume your not a Vodafone UK Customer so you would need to contact your own Vodafone countries customer services as this is the forum for UK customers only. Other countries who use the Vodafone name are not linked.
If you call 191 or use Live Chat they can check your Vodafone account which is for UK Vodafone Customers.
If you topped up by your bank then check with them as they may have gated off this amount from your available balance until Vodafone collect it. If Vodafone don't then the amount should drop back into your bank account available balance in a few days.

087 is the mobile dialling code for Vodafone Ireland. If you contact Vodafone Ireland here https://n.vodafone.ie/en.html they will have the necessary account access.
If you topped up today, you will probably find the top up kicking in later today, as with Vodafone UK, the best place to find information on your top ups and active bundles is the My Vodafone Application or online account.
