Top up credit refund

Good day i have just joined this forum to as a Very specific question.  

 

See i had put £10 into my top up account from my bank as i was down sizing my big value bundle down from £30 down to £10 due to getting broadband installed and i felt i didn't need the excess Data. Something has kind of gone array with the App and i had decided to do it via the phone and it had cone through simple enough, just as i done that id gone to check the app to see my top up balance had gone up from £0.13 to £10.13... checked my bank account and low and behold i had £20 missing and i am very short on cash this month, so my question is, is it at all possible to get some sort of refund from the £10 top up or am I going the Rest of the month £20 down? I hope i can get a reply ASAP

With the cost of living going up I can very well appreciate that money is very much needed to be looked after.

Have a word with Customer services on 191 or Live Chat.

Or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM > Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries

Unfortunately there is no account access via this forum.

We are fellow customers like you.

It's possible the change in BVB didn't happen until its refresh date etc but customer services will officially clarify.

Or the top up you tried to do via the Myvodafone app didn't process and the £20 from your bank account is being gated off by your bank awaiting for Vodafone to collect.

If Vodafone don't then it'll drop back into your available bank available balance in a few working days.

Your Banks Customer Support Team can confirm if you contact them.
