Hi folks, just trying to find out if there's any way of topping up - online or in UK - a SIM card I bought from a local store in Italy (it's too much for TOBi to handle). I needed an Italian phone number to conduct some bank business and swap the SIM cards in my phone when necessary. But it has now run out and I have a horrible feeling it can only be topped up in person in the store. I need the number recharged because my Italian bank sends codes only to that number. ( I have a house in Italy but have been in the UK for five months because of Covid travel restrictions). Can anyone give me any pointers? Thanks, David

You are going to need to ask Vodafone Italy this question, Vodafone Italy are a separate network. it won't be something Vodafone UK would be able to help with.
If it's the same as Vodafone UK, it will be online only using an Italian registered debit or credit card.

Can't you register for My Vodafone on the Italian website and top up via that?

Another third party option is www.recharge.com
The site is in English and will let you recharge many phones from around the world.
Vodafone IT is one of the options although the minimum recharge is 30€

I use https://www.xoom.com as it's owned and run by PayPal (same thing). I also use PayPal to pay for my reload and I get my voucher code in seconds.

My number has been discontinued now because it's so long since I topped up - think I'm going to have to sort something out through Vodafone Italy as you suggest
