I had a big value bundle 20 which has expired. I had £13 credit in when it expired. I have moved to sky mobile and have a sim ready. I was told i would be rang by vodafone to receive my credit (by live chat who said it would be 3 - 5 days). Ive not heard anything yet. I cant request a PAC as my credit will be lost so i cant use my sky sim yet.
Can anyone help me get my credit?
Can i use my new sky sim and ask vodafone to ring the new number and then do the PAC when i have received the credit.
