Unable to access "Call Voicemail" or 121 - call just shuts down. Tried 1210 etc. Have substantial credit on phone (not using "bundles" or "plans", just top ups). (iPhone 6, IOS 12.5.5)
You may have enabled visual voicemail @MCS1951 as an alternative to using the standard Vodafone voicemail service. You can remove Visual Voicemail by following the information here: Visual Voicemail
In that case @MCS1951 , this will need account access to get your voicemail working. I would suggest you speak to the Social Team by following this link . Alternatively, you can also use live chat or call Vodafone.
