I took out a PAYG Sim last week.
Set it up and all good however voicemail doesn't work.
I dial 121 and I get the message 'welcome to the voicemail connection service - press 1 to be connected or press 2 for info'.
I press 1 and then get the message 'it has not been possible to connect you to voicemail'.
My voicemail is definitely activated.
I can't get through to any call center agents for days due to virus.
Any ideas ?

Live Chat is up and running or ring 191 or ask the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries to help.
I'd suggest Twitter and link back to your thread here including your forum username so your not having to repeat yourself again.

No agents available on 191 for days. No agents available on Live Chat.
I try several times a day for a week.
Now I'm being ignored on Twitter too.
Covid-19 is no excuse now - most are back to work.
Please think hard before signing up with Vodafone

Hi, I have exactly the same issue and TOBi can't help and I can't get through to any humans online or through 121.
If I test calling the number from another phone it just goes dead with no voicemail activated, let alone the ability to set up a personal message
