Has text saying I'm opted into tay. Looked everywhere but can't find anything about it. It said to opt out to call 2345, I did this, listened to the message, but no mention of tay!

Did the text hold any more information other than " Tay "
Could you screenshot it taking care to blur out / remove any personal information and post it here in your thread and or contact customer service or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM and they'll advise I'm sure.

It just said that I had opted into tay, and to opt out, call 2345, which I did, but there was no mention of it. I cant take a screenshot as it won't let me.

Might possibly be a system glitch or a new feature / service.
I would still speak with customer services or the Vodafone Social Media Teams so they can look at this and check your account too.
Would you let us know if they manage to shed some light on this if you do choose to contact them ?
