Why am I getting 3G?

Hey, I have 2 sim cards but one is receiving 4G but the other is using 3G. I tried everything but it doesn't switch to 4G. What can I do?

Ate they both in a dual sim phone @Reneeairforce  one slot may only be able to use 3G. Check the sim manager settings.

If there in two devices then swap them around and then see what happens.
