4g not working

Hi I hope I could get some help, I can’t seem to get 4G working on my iPhone, I called Vodafone and they said it’s been off since November last year, no idea why. They have tried everything, even swapped my sim, no luck. When I put my husbands SIM card in my phone, then 4G works. When I put my SIM card and the new one they gave my into husbands phone it would only load 3G. Please help

By swapping out sims into your phone and husbands and finding 4G working this is a good process of elimination to see that your iPhone is working as it should. i.e 4G is activated on the phone and the masts in your area are working fine.

I assume you get no 4G anywhere ?

This does point to an account issue.

Ask them to flush / reset your account.

The sim swap is performed just in case its the sim that was failing.

The Vodafone Social Media Team's can take a look at your account but unfortunately not from your post here as there is no account access via this forum.
