Hi,
Last month I ported a SIM only contract away from Vodafone but cannot access my account now.
Site says to call a number if this happens but unfortunately the number has no options for this and when I did speak to an advisor she couldn't find the account.
No DD taken out this month but as switchover was in middle of billing period I would expect there to be an outstanding balance. Had no correspondence from Vodafone at all either by letter, email, text.
Anyone have any suggestions?
