Hi
Ive had numerous Vodafone accounts in the past, both mobile and most recently, broadband. However, all are now closed and I owe no debt on any of them. Nevertheless, a Vodafone account still shows as active on my credit scoring account.
I recently found an article suggesting I email Vodafone customer services with my details and request any/all account be closed and confirmation sent. However, having done this many weeks ago, I’ve received no reply and am still in the same position.
Could anyone please suggest how I can get this resolved please? I do not want an account showing incorrectly on my credit record, whether it be of zero balance or otherwise.
Many thanks in advance.

You can still speak with the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Twitter DM or Facebook Messenger as they have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Team. Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.

Thank you for your reply.
I appreciate why you’ve linked the Experian pages, I’ve had a read through them previously. However, my Vodafone account is still marked as ‘Active’ when it is not. Other closed accounts, including other broadband and mobile accounts are marked ’Inactive’.
Thank you for the Twitter resource. I will attempt to contact someone there.
