Account still open on credit report

Hi I left Vodafone in 2020 April/may. My account is still showing active on my credit report I’ve contacted Vodafone before in April 2022 and they said it’s closed why is it still reporting open?

As account access isn't available via the Vodafone Community Forum @GurjotB may I suggest you speak with the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM > Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries and they'll be able to pass your information to their Credit File Specialist Teams.

Experian also maybe able to clarify if you ask them.
