Hi, after looking at other posts I believe I need to contact the credit team, as I still have an open Vodafone Pay Monthly account on my credit file despite having closed this account nearly a year ago.
Please can you assist,

To be able to have your details passed to the Vodafone Credit File Team @hcdale you would need to engage with the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM.
