On 01/09/2022 I applied for Vodafone Advantage as my employer (Amazon) . Upon receiving an email with Login link to receive my discount code, the link didn't work. I tried again twice on 02/09/2022 - Login link didn't work. On 05/09/2022 I claimed my discount again, received an email - Login link didn't work. This is the link for activation
On the email there was no phone number available, only chat support. Chat support did not work. I called the generic phone line business account, then I was transferred to customer account, then I waited until the employee reached to Advantage team. Turns out, there is no Advantage customers support and no internal department I could talk to.

I requested an email or phone of more senior management or any way to get in touch with Advantage users - no success. I was told I can't be verified over the phone, even if I give them all my details, so I can't receive the discount code.
I think it's alarming that it hasn't been working for 4 days, this is the link used by Corporate partners, NHS, Students, etc, millions of people impacted and yet no one taking action? No contingency plan either. If this was Amazon and people weren't able to use their discounts, it would've been all over the news... Please, someone help, it's my last desperate effort.

I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulty adding your discount @andimi, I've just followed the link in your message, this seemed to work, but it appears your code's expired. You may need to follow the steps again to request a new code. Once you have this, you'll be able to add the discount to your account.
