I’ve been on my current contract for a few months and a customer of Vodafone for almost 5 years. I have had the age restriction bar off throughout this entire time and now I’m getting age restricted messages when trying to access some websites. In the MyVodafone app it says that it is turned off as well.

This has happened before to sone people going from some similar threads on the forum @Matt1987leeds
I would suggest to check that nothing like Vodafone Secure Net is blocking sites and if not then contact customer services on 191, Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
